Greenman Investments, a growing financial services company are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to design, develop and lead their HR function.
We are looking for an innovative, progressive and commercially focused HR professional to support our growth.
As the first HR hire for the Company, you will play a critical role in shaping the delivery of the people plans to the organisation. This is a senior role requiring ongoing exposure to all aspects of HR including onboarding, recruitment, performance management, training, engagement and employee relations. This is a senior specialist role in the Company and therefore an entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity to work on your own initiative will be valued.
Reporting to the CEO and Main Board, the ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional, who has demonstrated competence in all areas of HR, in addition to strong leadership capabilities and the ability to represent the HR function at leadership meetings, helping the team to translate commercial plans into a people strategy.
