Greenman OPEN was formed in December 2016 to collect investments from professional and well informed experienced investors to assemble a porfrolio of German food retail parks (“GMO”).

GMO’s investment strategy is to grow a portfolio of German retail dominated commercial property whose tenants meet high levels of creditworthiness. GMO will have a “buy and hold” strategy and correspondingly will acquire centres which have the capacity to meet investor distributions targets for the long term.

The assets targeted are newly or recently constructed German food dominated retail parks and hybrid centres which are rented on long term leases to leading food, near-food and non-food retailers (the “Centres”). The Centres will be located in cities, towns and villages in Germany which have sufficient local population demographics and socioeconomic profiles to support the Tenants’ retail concepts in the long term.
